Logging

As part of a troubleshooting exercise, you may wish to enable verbose application logging. In order to do so, visit Yansa File Grabber -> General Settings in the left nav and configure the System Logging Level setting. The System Logging Level options become more verbose from top-to-bottom, with Debug being the most extensive. Choose this option when troubleshooting an active issue or gathering logs to send to Yansa Labs.

By default, the System Logging Level is set to Errors only. Be sure to reset your System Logging Level to this when finished troubleshooting in order to minimize unnecessary logs and ensure the best performance of your ServiceNow instance.
