Logging

As part of a troubleshooting exercise, you may wish to enable verbose application logging. In order to do so, visit Jira Integration Framework -> Logging in the left nav and configure the Logging Level setting. The Logging Level options become more verbose from top-to-bottom, with Debug being the most extensive. Choose this option when troubleshooting an active issue or gathering logs to send to Yansa Labs.

By default, the Logging Level is set to Errors Only (Recommended). Be sure to reset your Logging Level to this when finished troubleshooting in order to minimize unnecessary logs and ensure the best performance of your ServiceNow instance.
