Getting Started

Installation

First, install Yansa Toolkit on your ServiceNow instance via the System Applications application in your left nav. Visit Yansa Toolkit -> MID Server Console in your left nav to access MID Server Console.

Roles

• x_yala_toolkit.mid_console_user: Necessary to access MID Server Console

• x_yala_toolkit.user: Parent role granting access to all Yansa Toolkit utilities

• admin: Necessary to view & interact with MID Servers & data within the Console
