Logging

As part of a troubleshooting exercise, you may wish to enable verbose application logging. In order to do so, visit YDS OneSearch -> Docs & Settings in the left nav and configure the System Log Level setting. The System Log Level options become more verbose from top-to-bottom, with Debug being the most extensive. Choose this option when troubleshooting an active issue or gathering logs to send to Yansa Labs.

By default, the System Log Level is set to Error. Be sure to reset your System Log Level to this when finished troubleshooting in order to minimize unnecessary logs and ensure the best performance of your ServiceNow instance.
