• Logging Level: As part of a troubleshooting exercise, you may wish to enable verbose application logging. The Logging Level options become more verbose from top-to-bottom, with Debug being the most extensive. Choose this option when troubleshooting an active issue or gathering logs to send to Yansa Labs.

By default, the Logging Level is set to Errors Only (Recommended). Be sure to reset your Logging Level to this when finished troubleshooting in order to minimize unnecessary logs and ensure the best performance of your ServiceNow instance.

• Persona to employ when analyzing TrendSeeker Correlations: When utilizing AI analysis of TrendSeeker Correlations, this is a descriptive title of the persona you wish AI to use for analysis (Default: Data analyst).
