# Global Components

Before you start activating Email Routing Rules, you'll need to install two globally-scoped Inbound Actions in your environment. These components allow Postmaster to begin routing inbound email to your ServiceNow instance.

To install the Global Components, visit **Yansa Postmaster AI -> Install Global Components** in your left nav. Follow the prompts to Install or Update the components.
