Data Sources

Data Sources are used when generating PDFs from multiple records for label PDF generation. They enable you to specify the pool of records from which to generate labels.

Data Source

• Source: Table from which to retrieve records. This should correlate to the 'Source table' on the PDF Template record.

• Query type: Specifies how to gather records for the Data Source. Typically, 'Filter Builder' is recommended. Scripted options are available for advanced use-cases.

• Exclude since last used: Allows further filtering applied to data source
