# Getting Started

## Installation

First, install Tracy Social AI on your ServiceNow instance via the **System Applications** application in your left nav. Visit **Tracy Social AI** in your left nav and peruse the available modules. Be sure to enable annotations in your instance by clicking the **‘…’** icon in the top-right of any form. Every Tracy Social AI form includes documentation to help you along.

## Roles

* **x\_yala\_social\_ai.user**: Necessary to manage Schedule Rules & Social Post records
* **x\_yala\_social\_ai.admin**: Necessary to configure any aspect of Tracy Social AI
* **x\_yala\_social\_ai.ai\_user**: Provides access to AI components of Tracy Social AI
* **x\_yala\_social\_ai.ai\_admin**: Provides configuration capabilities for AI components of Tracy Social AI
