Privacy Policy

What data is collected

  • No data is collected automatically from this application. Data collection is only based on what is configured by the customer for the primary functionality of the application.

How the data is used

  • The customer configures how any of the data collected is used in the system.

Data is shared with other parties

  • Data is not shared with other parties. Data is received from customer sources and stored within the customer's ServiceNow instance. Data is also transmitted to customer's configured Jira instances. The data is not transmitted outside of customer data sources.

How the data is transferred, stored, and secured

  • All data that is transferred is stored in the ServiceNow instance, a configured MID server (if applicable), and the customer's Jira instance(s). The file data is not stored outside of customer resources.
